AltraBody® Plate-Loaded Super Squat

Also known as a V squat, hack squat or front hack squat. Load your legs hard without loading your spine. The fixed sled path takes the balance demand out of the lift so you can push heavier and closer to failure. The adjustable foot plate lets you set the stance to suit your height and mobility, and shift the work between quads, glutes and hamstrings. Set up for both front squat and hack squat positions.
