REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
An out-of-order sign on a machine is a member complaint waiting to happen. We come out, work out what's wrong and fix it, from cables and upholstery to the regular maintenance that stops it happening again.
One-off repairs are Melbourne only. If we fitted out your gym, we'll keep servicing it wherever you are.

PT studio or full commercial floor, we plan the layout, supply the equipment and install it properly. No pile of boxes left in the corner for someone else to deal with.
And because we built it, we know how to look after it. Ongoing servicing is available anywhere in Australia.

Worth knowing first
Do you do repairs outside Melbourne?
Not one-off repairs. They're hands-on, so we keep them to Melbourne. If we fitted out your gym, it's a different story. We'll service it wherever you are in Australia.
Do you work on mine sites and remote camps?
Yes. We design, supply and install gyms for mine sites, villages, camps and remote facilities, then service them on a schedule after that.
Can you look after our gym long term?
If we fitted it out, yes, anywhere in Australia. Regular preventative maintenance catches the small stuff before it turns into an out-of-order sign.
Can you build a gym from scratch?
That's the core of what we do. Layout, equipment and installation, from a single studio to a full commercial fit-out.
What happens after I send a request?
We read it, work out what's involved and come back with the scope, a price and when we can attend. If photos would help, we'll ask for them.
