The plate-loaded Linear Hack Press allows users to train a specific linear movement pattern unoffered by any other machine. This machine allows users to limit the use of the upper body allowing more focus and activation on the legs.
Linear bearings on guide rods provide an extremely smooth motion. Easy flip in and out racking handles allow the user to set a desired start/stop position. A range limiter offers added security.
