The AltraBody EZ Curl Bar is a shortened barbell that is specifically designed for ease of use while training arms. It can also be used in place of a standard barbell. Although this barbell is designed primarily for bicep curls, the EZ Curl bar has the capability to replace a standard barbell in any exercise to influence wrist position, range of motion and stability.
