How are you able to offer customization with no additional cost?

We believe that everyone should be able to train and exercise on their own terms without having to pay costly customization fees. We’ve struck up an exclusive partnership with our manufacturer to offer the lowest prices on top-quality equipment that can be customized to your exact needs, without any additional fees.

How does shipping work? When will I receive my order?

For floor stock items, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 business days depending on your location.

For custom made orders, we have a quick turnaround time of 10 days and an estimated delivery time of 20-30 days.

I can’t find the equipment I need, can you help?

Yes! We work directly with our manufacturer to get any piece of equipment you require. Simply get in touch with us at info@premierfitnesssupply.com.au to suggest a product and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

We are located in Melbourne, VIC.

Do you offer any financing?

Yes, we offer commercial financing with our partners at Shift. We also offer Buy Now Pay Later services through AfterPay, Zip Pay, and Humm.
