The AltraBody 7ft Olympic Barbell is the perfect entry-level barbell great for olympic lifts, deadlifts, Squats, Bench and any type of Pressing.
Made to Olympic weightlifting standards for a 20KG men's bar with 2200mm length and a 50mm sleeve diameter to accommodate Olympic weight plates. This bar is designed to be used with any 50mm Olympic Standard weight plates. Complete with light diamond Knurling and a bronze bushing that provides a smooth spin.
Note: this bar is designed for deadlifts without a centre knurling.
